We specialize in customized, small group care for your fur-baby! Because we never have more than 3 client dogs in our home at one time we can individualize your dog's care and give them the special TLC they deserve!
What's Included

Big adventure hikes: 1 or 2, (see hike description / takes up 1 hike spot, a $36 value alone)

Morning and evening stroll, one-on-one attention & constant supervision

Big fenced yard to play in (NO chain link kennels or gravel dog runs!)

Dried beef or lamb liver treats and lots LOVE as rewards, fresh water, tick checks, brushings

Will feed food supplied by you for breakfast, lunch or dinner, raw diet and meds

Cozy happy home to sleep in

Photos of your dog’s ‘holiday’ posted to our social pages and reports card done periodically through our app

We will follow your training regime (ie: you will not come home to a dog with new bad habits!)

Dogs that stay with us are loved and respected like our own. They are rarely left alone, and since we are outdoorsy people, your dog will go swimming to the lake, snowshoeing, hang out while we are gardening, play fetch etc...
DOG WALKING
$36/hike

We are honored to be part of giving your dog, 'THE GOOD LIFE!" Our safe small groups hike different trails daily to keep it fresh and mentally stimulating while respecting other trail users. We thoroughly get to know your dog one on one before joining a group, and transport your best friend in a temperature controlled vehicle.
*Sorry no drop ins, we cater to regular weekly clients only (2 to 5 x per week)

HOW DOES THE INTAKE PROCESS WORK?

Please Contact us and we will reply with an invite to our app, PetPocketbook for you to complete your pet's profile.

Once that is completed we will review and set up a time for a New Client Consult.

After intake, it's time for Big Mountain Adventures with our trained staff!
Dog Hike
Consults typically are 3 hours in total and done in your home.
They are up to 1 hr of talking/gathering information about your dog with our manager/trainer or lead staff and up to 2hrs with your dog only on an intro hike. ($99)

Dog Boarding
Consults are usually conducted in one of our homes in Rossland, Trail, Warfield, Fruitvale, Castlegar and surrounding areas. The boarding consult is up to 6 hours; up to 1 hr of talking/gathering information about your dog, a good hike and a full afternoon of daycare to allow your dog time to start building trust in us and get to know the routine in a new environment. ($99)

Our forms are thorough. This helps us offer exceptional care for your best friend. Our intake process and consult are thorough too which gives you lots of opportunity to ask questions, and your dog time to get to know us and become comfortable in our care!
